Air Squats are a great way to exercise your lower body and build muscle. They can also be a good warm-up before a workout.
How to do an air squat:
-Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing forward.
-Bend at the hips, lowering your butt towards the ground as far as you can without rounding your back or sticking your butt out too far in front of you.
-Keep your chest up and don't let it drop down to look at the ground.
-Push through the heels of your feet to stand back up again.
